Return

If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, Please return the item(s) within 1 week, we will issue the refund upon inspection. If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

• We do not accept damaged item(s) unless the item(s) was defective on arrival.

• We do not accept return of stone(s) that are damaged by customers.

Please note that Coral Jade Jewellery is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place.

Cancellation

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Please note that orders that have been dispatched can no longer be cancelled.
